Emma Dodson

As Strategy and Operations Coordinator, Emma drives internal strategic initiatives, streamlines operational processes and enhances cross-functional collaboration at Wild Hive. Her keen analytical and proactive problem-solving skills, combined with her relational acumen, are instrumental in driving efficiencies, building culture and achieving Wild Hive’s business goals.

Before joining Wild Hive, Emma worked in Client Services at Promus Holdings, LLC, where she adeptly managed the workflow intersection of investment allocations, financial advisors and investors. Her diverse experience includes leading young adult conferences, navigating the financial sector with a focus on esoteric alternative investments, founding a landscaping company, working in dryland farming and providing personal and group fitness training.

Emma holds a bachelor of Business Administration in Business Honors and Finance with a minor in Spanish from Texas A&M University. An Austin, Texas native, she loves to spend her time exploring food, being active, enjoying the outdoors, traveling and coaching fitness.
